This is an independent evaluation of the Irish Aid country programme for Mozambique covering the period 2007–2010  and was undertaken in 2011.  The report takes an in depth look at (a) General Budget Support and governance programmes, (b) health and HIV/AIDS, and (c) the provincial programme being undertaken in Niassa Province.
